SHIPPING POLICY
On average shipping takes 3-5 business days. Please call us if you need to meet a certain time frame for a customer.
Custom items typically ship same day if the order is placed before noon and next day if placed after.
Please note that during peak season time may be delayed a day or two. If you need to know an exact time frame, call the studio.
RETURN POLICY
You have three days after the shipper has deliver to inspect your order for issues. If there are any issues, please call us at 1-888-701-6767. If for some reason you are unhappy with the design due, there is a 30% restocking fee and you are responsible for the shipping.
